This week Junior Infants were learning about hot & cold in SESE. We explored the changes that happen when heating or cooling different objects. Our favourite change was when we made jelly and it turned solid (but wobbly!) after we put it in the fridge for a few hours! Of course, we loved to eat the jelly afterwards 😃
