Our 6th class students Niamh, Carly, Mark, Leah and Kacey helped Junior and Senior Infants plant peas, beans, sunflower seeds & caterpillar flower seeds. They earthed up the spuds, potted on sunflower seedlings with 3rd class, planted more peas for themselves & prepped the raised beds as well as completing a host of other jobs!
There is great interest and commitment from our Green Team and it is lovely to see how helpful and supportive the 6th class students are with our younger students.
