As part of our Active School Flag Campaign, we participated in a hugely successful Daily Active Break Challenge in November where all classes across the school did at least one active break per day.
The students enjoyed it so much and everyone could both see and feel the benefits of these regular movement breaks for our bodies and minds...so we're still doing them! Here is the 5th class active movement breaks from today.
