The boys and girls in Mr Carroll's 3rd class have been busy planting and taking part in the Woodies Budding Gardeners challenge over the past few months. They started by sowing some seeds and planting bulbs in pots within the classroom. We planted lettuce, sweetcorn, carrots, cress, spinach, runner beans, wildflowers and dahlia bulbs.
Once the weather improved it was time to transfer our plants to our new raised beds. We will continue to monitor their growth for the next few weeks.
